LCMS (Method 1 ): Rt = 1.35 min; MS (ESIpos) m/z = 270 [M+H]+.

Rf= 0.20 (10% EtOAc/hexane). 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO-D6) delta ppm 1.08 (d, J=7.14 Hz, 3 H) 2.75 (ddd, J=14.01, 12.64, 7.14 Hz, 1 H) 3.44 – 3.59 (m, 2 H) 3.60 (s, 3 H) 4.46 (s, 2 H) 7.23 – 7.40 (m, 5 H).
