The Article related to dna photocleavage methylene violet derivative preparation binding photodynamic therapy, General Biochemistry: Nucleic Acids and Their Constituents and other aspects.Safety of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride

Yang, Ke; Zhang, Xiong; Yang, Fang; Wu, Fengshou; Zhang, Xiulan; Wang, Kai published an article in 2017, the title of the article was DNA photocleavage and binding modes of methylene violet 3RAX and its derivatives: Effect of functional groups.Safety of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride And the article contains the following content:

With 4′-amino-N,N-diethylaniline and aniline as starting materials, methylene violet 3RAX 1 and its derivatives 2-5 were synthesized. The 5 compounds were characterized by IR, UV-visible, and 1H NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The binding mode between the synthesized compounds and DNA were investigated. The results showed that both compounds 1 and 5 bound to DNA by an intercalative mode, while compounds 2-4 interacted with DNA through a mixed binding mode involving groove binding and electrostatic interactions. The photocleavage ability of the 5 compounds to DNA were calculated to be 38, 40, 30, 20, and 13%, resp., when their concentration was adjusted to 400 μM. The singlet oxygen production of compounds measured by the 1,3-diphenylisobenzofuran method was consistent with the trend of DNA photocleavage ability. The DNA studies suggested that the binding mode between methylene violet 3RAX and DNA, the ability of methylene violet 3RAX to generate singlet oxygen, and the DNA photocleavage activity could be adjusted through modification of the amino group on methylene violet 3RAX. The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride(cas: 4569-86-2).Safety of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride

The Article related to phenazinium dye methylene violet 3rax indoine blue dna intercalation, General Biochemistry: Nucleic Acids and Their Constituents and other aspects.Recommanded Product: 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride

On January 31, 2013, Saha, Ishita; Kumar, Gopinatha Suresh published an article.Recommanded Product: 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride The title of the article was Phenazinium dyes methylene violet 3RAX and indoine blue bind to DNA by intercalation: Evidence from structural and thermodynamic studies. And the article contained the following:

The structural and energetic aspects of the interaction of two important phenazinium dyes methylene violet 3RAX and indoine blue with DNA were studied by spectroscopic and thermochem. techniques. The binding affinity values of both the dyes were of the order of 105 M-1 but methylene violet 3RAX bound to DNA more strongly. Both dyes bound DNA by intercalation but methylene violet 3RAX bound stronger than indoine blue. The DNA binding of both the dyes was exothermic and favored by a small neg. enthalpy and pos. entropy contributions. The effect of ionic strength indicated that electrostatic attraction is an important component of the dye-DNA interaction although the major contribution comes from hydrophobic forces. The temperature dependence of enthalpy changes yielded neg. heat capacity value which was higher for methylene violet 3RAX compared to indoine blue suggesting higher contribution from hydrophobic forces in the interaction of the former. Enthalpy-entropy compensation phenomenon was observed for the binding of both dyes to DNA. The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride(cas: 4569-86-2).Recommanded Product: 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride
