European Polymer Journal published new progress about Glass transition temperature. 1592-20-7 belongs to class chlorides-buliding-blocks, and the molecular formula is C9H9Cl, Formula: C9H9Cl.

Dashan, Irem; Balta, Demet Karaca; Temel, Binnur Aydogan; Temel, Gokhan published the artcile< Preparation of single chain nanoparticles via photoinduced radical coupling process>, Formula: C9H9Cl, the main research area is chain nanoparticle photoinduced radical coupling.

This contribution introduces a straightforward method for preparing well-defined polymeric nanoparticles using radical coupling process of ketyl moieties resulted from triplet excitation of pendant benzophenone groups. In the first step, poly(styrene-co-chloromethylstyrene) is synthesized by thermally initiated controlled radical copolymerization technique and subsequently, pendant chloride groups undergo post-modification with 4-hydroxybenzophenone. Achieved well-defined side-chain benzophenone containing copolymers generate ketyl radicals in the presence of excess hydrogen donor mol. upon UV-light irradiation and intramolecularly crosslinked nanoparticles are formed by radical coupling process in dilute regime. Resulting single chain nanoparticles and intermediates are characterized by 1H NMR, gel permeation chromatog., differential scanning calorimetry, UV-Vis spectrometry and electron microscopy techniques.

Negishi, Akio’s team published research in Biological & Pharmaceutical Bulletin in 2021 | 6055-19-2

Biological & Pharmaceutical Bulletin published new progress about Clinical practice guidelines. 6055-19-2 belongs to class chlorides-buliding-blocks, and the molecular formula is C7H17Cl2N2O3P, Category: chlorides-buliding-blocks.

Negishi, Akio; Oshima, Shinji; Horii, Norimitsu; Mutoh, Mizue; Inoue, Naoko; Numajiri, Sachihiko; Ohshima, Shigeru; Kobayashi, Daisuke published the artcile< Adverse drug events caused by drugs contraindicated for coadministration reported in the Japanese adverse drug event report database and recognized by reporters>, Category: chlorides-buliding-blocks, the main research area is human adverse drug event report database coadministration.

The “”INTERACTIONS”” section of package inserts aims to provide alert-type warnings in clin. practice; however, these also include many drug-drug interactions that occur rarely. Moreover, considering that drug-drug interaction alert systems were created based on package inserts, repeated alerts can lead to alert fatigue. Although investigations have been conducted to determine prescriptions that induce drug-drug interactions, no studies have focused explicitly on the adverse events induced by drug-drug interactions. We, therefore, sought to investigate the true occurrence of adverse events caused by drug pair contraindications for coadministration in routine clin. practice. Toward this, we created a list of drug combinations that were designated as “”contraindications for coadministration”” and extracted the cases of adverse drug events from the Japanese Adverse Drug Event Report database that occurred due to combined drug usage. We then calculated the reporters’ recognition rate of the drug-drug interactions. Out of the 2121 investigated drug pairs, drug-drug interactions were reported in 43 pairs, 23 of which included an injected drug and many included catecholamines. Warfarin potassium and miconazole (19 reports), azathioprine and febuxostat (11 reports), and warfarin potassium and iguratimod (six reports) were among the 20 most-commonly reported oral medication pairs that were contraindicated for coadministration, for which recognition rates of drug-drug interactions were high. Although these results indicate that only a few drug pair contraindications for coadministration were associated with adverse drug events (43 pairs out of 2121 pairs), it remains necessary to translate these findings into clin. practice.

Chouliaras, Thanasis; Vollas, Aristofanis; Ioannides, Theophilos; Deimede, Valadoula; Kallitsis, Joannis published the artcile< Synthesis of imidazolium based PILs and investigation of their blend membranes for gas separation>, COA of Formula: C9H9Cl, the main research area is acrylic acid vinyl benzyl chloride imidazolium gas separation property; PILs; blends; imidazolium based PILs; membranes, gas separation; pyridinium based PIL (PILPyr).

Polymeric (ionic liquid) (PIL) copolymers bearing cationic imidazolium pendants and polar acrylic acid groups (P(VBCImY-co-AAx)), which both favor the interaction with CO2 mols., have been synthesized and blended with film forming, high glass transition temperature aromatic polyether-based pyridinium PILs (PILPyr). The blend membranes based on the above combination have been prepared and characterized in respect to their thermal and morphol. behavior as well as to their gas separation properties. The used copolymers and blends showed a wide range of glass transition temperatures from 32 to 286°, while blends exhibited two phase morphol. despite the presence of polar groups in the blend components that could participate in specific interactions. Finally, the membranes were studied in terms of their gas separation behavior. It revealed that blend composition, counter anion type and acrylic acid molar percentage affect the gas separation properties. In particular, PILPyr-TFSI/P(VBCImTFSI-co-AA20) blend with 80/20 composition shows CO2 permeability of 7.00 Barrer and quite high selectivity of 103 for the CO2/CH4 gas pair. Even higher CO2/CH4.selectivity of 154 was achieved for PILPyr-BF4/P(VBCImBF4-co-AA10) blend with composition 70/30.

ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces published new progress about Hole transport. 1592-20-7 belongs to class chlorides-buliding-blocks, and the molecular formula is C9H9Cl, Formula: C9H9Cl.

Wu, Jianchang; Liu, Chang; Li, Bo; Gu, Fenglong; Zhang, Luozheng; Hu, Manman; Deng, Xiang; Qiao, Yuan; Mao, Yongyun; Tan, Wenchang; Tian, Yanqing; Xu, Baomin published the artcile< Side-Chain Polymers as Dopant-Free Hole-Transporting Materials for Perovskite Solar Cells-The Impact of Substituents' Positions in Carbazole on Device Performance>, Formula: C9H9Cl, the main research area is perovskite solar cell hole transporting material dopant free; side chain polymer substituent position carbazole; dopant-free; hole-transporting material; perovskite solar cells; side-chain polymer; substituents’ positions in carbazole.

Side-chain polymers have the potential to be excellent dopant-free hole-transporting materials (HTMs) for perovskite solar cells (PSCs) because of their unique characteristics, such as tunable energy levels, high charge mobility, good solubility, and excellent film-forming ability. However, there has been less research focusing on side-chain polymers for PSCs. Here, two side-chain polystyrenes with triphenylamine substituents on carbazole moieties were designed and characterized. The properties of the side-chain polymers were tuned finely, including the photophys. and electrochem. properties and charge mobilities, by changing the positions of triphenylamine substituents on carbazole. Owing to the higher mobility and charge extraction ability, the polymer P2 with the triphenylamine substituent on the 3,6-positions of the carbazole unit showed higher performance with power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 18.45%, which was much higher than the PCE (16.78%) of P1 with 2,7-positions substituted. These results clearly demonstrated that side-chain polymers can act as promising HTMs for PSC applications and the performance of side-chain polymers could be optimized by carefully tuning the structure of the monomer, which provides a new strategy to design new kinds of side-chain polymers and obtain high-performance dopant-free HTMs.
