Removal of solvent provided 61 g of the target compound as a colorless liquid, with a yield of 97%. 1H-NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): 7.35 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 6.81 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 2.88-2.80 (m, 4H), 1.44 (s, 2H).
