The Article related to polyethersulfone dielec film temperature resistance loss, Placeholder for records without volume info and other aspects.HPLC of Formula: 80-07-9

On January 31, 2021, Pu, Zejun; Xia, Jialing; Liu, Xueyu; Wang, Qi; Liu, Jingyue; He, Xiaohang; Zhong, Jiachun published an article.HPLC of Formula: 80-07-9 The title of the article was Novel polyethersulfone dielectric films with high temperature resistance, intrinsic low dielectric constant and low dielectric loss. And the article contained the following:

In this work, a series of fluorene-containing fluorinated polyethersulfone (PES-6AF/BHPF) copolymers with high temperature resistance and intrinsic low dielec. constant (low-ε) have been designed and synthesized from 4,4′-dichlorophenyl sulfone (DCS) and polyphenol. The performance of obtained PES-6AF/BHPF can be controlled and optimized by controlling the copolymers structure. The thermal and dielec. properties of PES-6AF/BHPF were evaluated comprehensively. The obtained PES-6AF/BHPF copolymers show high glass transition temperatures (Tg) ranging from 200 to 260 °C, and 5% weight loss temperatures (Td5%) is stable up to 500 °C. The ε value of PES-6AF/BHPF-0% and PES-6AF/BHPF-100% are as low as 2.1 and 2.3, and the loss tangent (tan δ) are only 0.0088 and 0.003 at 1 kHz, resp. In addition, all of PES-6AF/BHPF films show good stability of dielec. properties in high temperature conditions. More importantly, the PES-6AF/BHPF copolymers are soluble in common solvents (such as DMAc, NMP, DMF, THF). The PES-6AF/BHPF copolymers are amorphous and can be easily cast into transparent and flexible films with tensile strength of 62-74 MPa and an elongation at break of 13.3-15.8%. The outstanding comprehensive properties made it possible to be the most promising polymer candidates for high-performance interlayer dielecs. The experimental process involved the reaction of 4,4′-Sulfonylbis(chlorobenzene)(cas: 80-07-9).HPLC of Formula: 80-07-9

The anticancer activity of the condensed pyrimidine and quinazoline moieties are pronounced with a different pathway. Thienopyrimidine is considered as ring equivalent bioisosteres of quinazolines and present in other heterocyclic compounds including thienopyrimidine. The present investigation focused on the synthesis of thienopyrimidine and quinazoline derivatives for their anticancer activity against the human oral squamous carcinoma-3 (HSC-3) cell line. The synthesized compound confirmed for their structural characteristics from spectral anal. and tested for anti-proliferative activity from MTT assay. The electron-withdrawing group in 4-chloro thienopyrimidines and amino ester derivate/facilitate the inhibition of cancer cells. Further probing by docking studies revealed that the compounds exhibit possible interactions with VEGF, FGFR and c-Met proteins, which are known to have a role in the pathogenesis of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Among the derivatives a moderate activity demonstrated by substituted 4-chloro-5,6,7,8-tetrahydrobenzo[4,5]thieno[2,3-d]-pyrimidine (4a) and Et 2-amino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzo[b]thiophene-3-carboxylate (1a) derivatives Lack of chirality and the presence of bulky substituents in few of the compounds were found to be the cause for lower potency. And the article contained the following:

Citrus canker is a quarentenary disease caused by Xanthomonas citri subsp. citri (X. citri). Thus, sanitization of fresh fruit is a necessary measure before any com. activity. Therefore, we evaluated the clove essential oil (CEO), as an alternative sanitizer for the disinfection of citrus fruit in packinghouses. Tests in vitro and in vivo were carried out to determine the cell inhibitory concentration and to verify the efficacy of the oil for the disinfection of citrus fruits. In in vitro tests, CEO was able to inhibit X. citri when used at 0.75% (volume/volume). In experiments that simulate the sanitization process used in packinghouses, 5% CEO was as effective as the recommended sanitization product based on sodium hypochlorite. GC-MS results showed a high presence of eugenol derivatives as the major compounds of CEO. All results proved that CEO is a potential sanitizer that could be used as an alternative to sodium hypochlorite. Novelty impact statement : Exptl. evidence shows that the clove essential oil (CEO) has the same sanitization efficacy as sodium hypochlorite, which makes of CEO an alternative sanitizer for the decontamination of citrus fruits to be exported to the European Union. CEO is a safer and more sustainable sanitizer for the postharvest disinfection of citrus fruit.
