Sarmah, N. K. published the artcileSynthesis and antimicrobial evaluation of a novel series of some s-triazine moiety, Related Products of chlorides-buliding-blocks, the publication is Journal of Applicable Chemistry (Lumami, India) (2014), 3(5), 1936-1944, 9 pp., database is CAplus.
Some new 2-[N-(3,4,5-trimethoxybenzylidino)(benzoylhydrazinoyl)-amino-4-yl]-4-(4-cyclohexylamino)-6-(arylthioureido)-1,3,5-triazines I (R = 2-OMe, 2-Me, 2-Cl, etc.) were synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro antimicrobial activity against gram pos. and gram neg. strains using micro dilution procedure. Synthesized compounds proved to be effective with MIC (mg ml-1), among them I (R = 4-OMe, 2-O2N, 2,4-di-O2N, R = 2-Cl-4-O2N) showed excellent activity against a panel of microorganisms.
Journal of Applicable Chemistry (Lumami, India) published new progress about 3696-23-9. 3696-23-9 belongs to chlorides-buliding-blocks, auxiliary class Chloride,Thiourea,Amine,Benzene,Amide, name is 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)thiourea, and the molecular formula is C7H7ClN2S, Related Products of chlorides-buliding-blocks.
