Reaction of Me2S+(O)C–HP(OEt)2 with RN3 (R = Ph, p-MeC6H4SO2) and N2C(CO2Et)2 gave Me2S+(O)C–HP(:X)(OEt)2 (X = NR, NN:C(CO2Et)2] resp.
