Singh, Karan published the artcileSynthesis, characterization and antimicrobial study of some novel fluorine based 2-aminothiazoles, Synthetic Route of 3696-23-9, the publication is International Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences (2014), 6(10), 429-433, 5 pp., database is CAplus.
The synthesis of some novel fluorine based 2-aminothiazoles I (R = 4-Cl, 4-CH3, 4-NO2, etc.; R1 = 2,4-F2C6H3, 3-O2NC6H4, 4-H3COC6H4, etc.), II (R2 = Cl, CH3, OCH3) have been described by using hypervalent iodine [I(III)] mediated approach. The synthesized compounds I and II were screened for their anti-microbial activity. The results revealed that compounds I (R = 4-OCH3, R1 = 2,4-F2C6H3; R = 2,4-Cl2, R1 = 2,4-F2C6H3; R2 = Cl; R2 = CH3; R2 = OCH3; R = 2,4-F2, R1 = 3-O2NC6H4; R = 2,4-F2, R2 = C6H5) showed moderate to good antibacterial activity as compared with the standard drug chloramphenicol.
International Journal of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences published new progress about 3696-23-9. 3696-23-9 belongs to chlorides-buliding-blocks, auxiliary class Chloride,Thiourea,Amine,Benzene,Amide, name is 1-(4-Chlorophenyl)thiourea, and the molecular formula is C7H8BFO2, Synthetic Route of 3696-23-9.
