Nagy-Reis, Mariana; Oshima, Júlia Emi de Faria; Kanda, Claudia Zukeran; Palmeira, Francesca Belem Lopes; de Melo, Fabiano Rodrigues; Morato, Ronaldo Gonçalves; Bonjorne, Lilian; Magioli, Marcelo; Leuchtenberger, Caroline; Rohe, Fabio; Lemos, Frederico Gemesio; Martello, Felipe; Alves-Eigenheer, Milene; da Silva, Rafaela Aparecida published an article in 2020, the title of the article was NEOTROPICAL CARNIVORES: a data set on carnivore distribution in the Neotropics..Reference of 2-Chloro-4-nitrobenzoic acid And the article contains the following content:

Mammalian carnivores are considered a key group in maintaining ecological health and can indicate potential ecological integrity in landscapes where they occur. Carnivores also hold high conservation value and their habitat requirements can guide management and conservation plans. The order Carnivora has 84 species from 8 families in the Neotropical region: Canidae; Felidae; Mephitidae; Mustelidae; Otariidae; Phocidae; Procyonidae; and Ursidae. Herein, we include published and unpublished data on native terrestrial Neotropical carnivores (Canidae; Felidae; Mephitidae; Mustelidae; Procyonidae; and Ursidae). NEOTROPICAL CARNIVORES is a publicly available data set that includes 99,605 data entries from 35,511 unique georeferenced coordinates. Detection/non-detection and quantitative data were obtained from 1818 to 2018 by researchers, governmental agencies, non-governmental organizations, and private consultants. Data were collected using several methods including camera trapping, museum collections, roadkill, line transect, and opportunistic records. Literature (peer-reviewed and grey literature) from Portuguese, Spanish and English were incorporated in this compilation. Most of the data set consists of detection data entries (n = 79,343; 79.7%) but also includes non-detection data (n = 20,262; 20.3%). Of those, 43.3% also include count data (n = 43,151). The information available in NEOTROPICAL CARNIVORES will contribute to macroecological, ecological, and conservation questions in multiple spatio-temporal perspectives. As carnivores play key roles in trophic interactions, a better understanding of their distribution and habitat requirements are essential to establish conservation management plans and safeguard the future ecological health of Neotropical ecosystems. Our data paper, combined with other large-scale data sets, has great potential to clarify species distribution and related ecological processes within the Neotropics. There are no copyright restrictions and no restriction for using data from this data paper, as long as the data paper is cited as the source of the information used. We also request that users inform us of how they intend to use the data. Creighton, John A.; Green, John Henry Spencer; Harrison, David John published an article in 1969, the title of the article was Vibrational spectra of some trimethylsulfoxonium salts, -h9 and -d9.Product Details of 5034-06-0 And the article contains the following content:

The ir (3650-40 cm.-1) and Raman spectra of (CD3)3,SOI as a solid, Raman data for Me3SOCl and Me3SOI as salts and for the former in aqueous solution have been obtained, and the ir spectra recorded to 50 cm.-1 For the cations there are 36 fundamentals which for C3v geometry divide by Γ = 8 a1 + 4a2 + 12e. The previous interpretation of Me3SOI (C., et al., 1967) is largely confirmed by the new results. The frequencies 1339 and 1318 cm.-1 are now taken as a1 and e, resp., rather than as the reverse of this since, for the corresponding Raman lines of the chloride in solution, that at 1348 cm.-1 appears polarized while that at 1313 cm.-1 is depolarized. The ν (C-S) modes are observed in the Raman spectra. A feature of particular note in the Raman spectrum of solid Me3SOI is the prominent line at 1371 cm.-1 which appears to have its counterpart for (CD3)3SOI at 990 cm.-1 The corresponding ir bands are very weak. Comparison is made with the fundamental frequencies for the isoelectronic mol. (CH3)3PO, with small changes in the assignment. The Article related to environmental sample methylene blue spe uplc tandem mass spectrometry, Water: Analysis and other aspects.Safety of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride

Khan, Mohammad Rizwan; Khan, Moonis Ali; Alothman, Zeid Abdullah; Alsohaimi, Ibrahim Hotan; Naushad, Mu; Al-Shaalan, Nora H. published an article in 2014, the title of the article was Quantitative determination of methylene blue in environmental samples by solid-phase extraction and ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry: a green approach.Safety of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride And the article contains the following content:

Industrial effluents with dyes may contain appreciable concentrations of materials with high COD and suspended solids, posing adverse effects to both humans and aquatic life; therefore, these effluents require quant. monitoring. In the present study, an anal. method based on solid-phase extraction (SPE) and ultra-performance liquid chromatog.-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS/MS) has been optimized for the quant. anal. of methylene blue (MB) in environmental samples. For the extraction of MB, a variety of solvents, including formic acid, were investigated to obtain optimum recovery. MB extraction using the SPE method was best achieved using methanol with 1 M formic acid. Chromatog. separation of MB and methylene violet 3RAX (MV 3RAX, internal standard) was accomplished on an Acquity BEH C18 column using water (64.99%) with formic acid (0.01%) and acetonitrile (35%) in isocratic elution mode. Chromatog. separation for both MB and MV 3RAX was achieved in <2 min with good resolution and superior peak symmetry. MB and MV 3RAX were quantified with electrospray ionization coupled with MS/MS in the multiple reaction monitoring mode. Good quality parameters were achieved for instance linearity (r2 > 0.999), run-to-run and day-to-day precisions with relative standard deviations of <4%, sensitivity with a low limit of detection (LOD) of 0.1 ng mL-1 and limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.4 ng mL-1 were obtained. Industrial wastewater samples (paper, textile, laundry and printing press) were analyzed, and an MB level was found in between 0.36 and 1.08 μg mL-1 with excellent recovery rates (95-99%) depending on samples. The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride(cas: 4569-86-2).Safety of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride

The Article related to etodolac chiral derivatization enantiomer linearity accuracy precision, Pharmacology: Methods and other aspects.Computed Properties of 14602-86-9

On November 30, 2016, Jin, Yan; Zhao, Jing; Rhyman, Lydia; Ramasami, Ponnadurai; Shin, Yujin; Jeong, Kyung Min; Lee, Jeongmi published an article.Computed Properties of 14602-86-9 The title of the article was Ultrasound-assisted chiral derivatization of etodolac with (1R)-(-)-menthyl chloroformate for the determination of etodolac enantiomers. And the article contained the following:

This study presents the first report of an ultrasound-assisted derivatization reaction between a carboxylic acid of etodolac (ETO) and a chiral derivatization reagent, (1R)-(-)-menthyl chloroformate (R-MCF). Fifty μL of deproteinated mouse serum containing ETO enantiomers was derivatized with 125 μL of 200 mM R-MCF and 17 μL of pyridine (a catalyst), with the reaction facilitated by ultrasonic radiation for 13 min, which were the optimal conditions as determined by response surface methodol. After quenching the reaction by adding an aqueous L-proline solution, the mixture was subjected to salting-out assisted liquid-liquid extraction (SA-LLE), which provided phase separation for sample concentration as well as cleanup. The ETO diastereomers were separated on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 column (150 × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) under a simple gradient elution of a mobile phase containing a mixture of methanol: acetonitrile (10:1, V/V) and 10 mM acetic acid at a flow rate of 1.0 mL min-1, followed by fluorescence detection with excitation and fluorescence emission wavelengths of 235 nm and 345 nm, resp. The developed method was validated for specificity, sensitivity, linearity, accuracy, precision, stability, and matrix effect. A good linearity in the range of 0.5-50.0 μg mL-1 for each ETO enantiomer with r2 > 0.998 and acceptable values for the intra-day and inter-day accuracy and precision as well as negligible matrix effects supported the suitability and reliability of the method. Finally, this method was used to analyze real samples taken from mice treated with (±)-ETO. The experimental process involved the reaction of (1R,2S,5R)-2-Isopropyl-5-methylcyclohexyl carbonochloridate(cas: 14602-86-9).Computed Properties of 14602-86-9

Broto, Marta; McCabe, Rita; Galve, Roger; Marco, M.-Pilar published an article in 2017, the title of the article was A high throughput immunoassay for the therapeutic drug monitoring of tegafur.Quality Control of Methyl 6-chloro-6-oxohexanoate And the article contains the following content:

Cancer is a group of diseases in which abnormal cells grow and divide without control, with the potential to invade other parts of the body. Chemotherapy is a type of treatment that uses chem. agents to treat cancer. These drugs are toxic and produce undesirable adverse drug reactions due to their narrow therapeutic window and highly variable pharmacokinetics, thus, they need to be monitored to establish personalized treatment to achieve maximal efficiency and reduce drug toxicity. Nowadays, therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) is not routinely used for chemotherapy agents, however, TDM has the potential to improve the clin. benefit of chemotherapy drugs. Tegafur, a prodrug of 5-fluorouracil (5FU), is one of the main anti-cancer drugs used worldwide. Herein, a reproducible and sensitive indirect competitive ELISA has been developed and validated in plasma samples. The assay reports an IC50 of 35.6 nM, reaching a limit of detection of 2.7 nM. It is highly reproducible and does not show cross-reactivity with any related compound In summary, this assay provides a sensitive, accurate and high throughput anal. method for tegafur quantification in plasma, which fits TDM requirements. The Article related to vancomycin aglycon streamlined synthesis atropisomer diastereoselectivity macrocyclic ring, Carbohydrates: Amines and other aspects.Electric Literature of 98946-18-0

On September 16, 2020, Moore, Maxwell J.; Qu, Shiwei; Tan, Ceheng; Cai, Yu; Mogi, Yuzo; Jamin Keith, D.; Boger, Dale L. published an article.Electric Literature of 98946-18-0 The title of the article was Next-Generation Total Synthesis of Vancomycin. And the article contained the following:

A next-generation total synthesis of vancomycin aglycon is detailed that was achieved in 17 steps (longest linear sequence, LLS) from the constituent amino acid subunits with kinetically controlled diastereoselective introduction of all three elements of atropisomerism. In addition to new syntheses of three of the seven amino acid subunits, highlights of the approach include a ligand-controlled atroposelective one-pot Miyaura borylation-Suzuki coupling sequence for introduction of the AB biaryl axis of chirality (>20:1 dr), an essentially instantaneous and scalable macrolactamization of the AB ring system nearly free of competitive epimerization (>30:1 dr), and two room-temperature atroposelective intramol. SNAr cyclizations for sequential CD (8:1 dr) and DE ring closures (14:1 dr) that benefit from both preorganization by the preformed AB ring system and subtle substituent effects. Combined with a protecting group free two-step enzymic glycosylation of vancomycin aglycon, this provides a 19-step total synthesis of vancomycin. The approach paves the way for large-scale synthetic preparation of pocket-modified vancomycin analogs that directly address the underlying mechanism of resistance to vancomycin. The experimental process involved the reaction of tert-Butyl trichloroacetimidate(cas: 98946-18-0).Electric Literature of 98946-18-0

The Article related to dye indicator hydrogen peroxide sterilization medical, Pharmaceuticals: Other and other aspects.Electric Literature of 4569-86-2

On June 7, 2001, Read, David M. published a patent.Electric Literature of 4569-86-2 The title of the patent was Dye indicators for hydrogen peroxide sterilization of medical instruments. And the patent contained the following:

The present invention provides a hydrogen peroxide indicator (for sterilization of medical instruments) that includes a substrate on which is disposed an indicator composition that includes at least one of a select group of colorants. As a result of contact with hydrogen peroxide, the colorants change color, and even become colorless, thereby providing an indication of the presence of hydrogen peroxide. Thus, indicator compositions were prepared by mixing shellac binder solution containing 60% shellac in iso-PrOH , dispersing resin Rhoplex I 545 with a dye, e.g., Malachite green oxalate. After sterilization with H2O2, the dyes showed good contrast between the initial color and the color after exposure to H2O2.
