A new metal-organic single crystals of tetramethylammonium cadmium nitrate (TMACN) have been grown by solution growth method. The grown TMACN crystals have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (SCXRD) and powder X-ray diffraction anal. Furthermore, TMACN crystals have been subjected to scanning electron microscope (SEM), Fourier transform infra-red, Fourier transform Raman, UV-Visible, and Vickers microhardness studies.
