On October 31, 2014, Baranek, Wit; Kopyto, Dorota; Hanke, Michal; Wyrebska, Lucja; Sobolewski, Wieslaw published a patent.SDS of cas: 4569-86-2 The title of the patent was Method for producing cathodic copper. And the patent contained the following:

A method of production of cathodic copper using copper anodes in electrolytes containing copper salt (35 – 55 g/dm3), sulfuric acid (150 – 200 g/dm3), nickel ions (0.01 – 0.05 g/dm3) and chlorine (0.01 – 0.05 g/dm3) with addnl. content of impurity ions up to 20 g/dm3 is described. The bath also contained electrodeposition inhibitors such as hexylmethylene-guanidine polymer and/or choline chloride and/or di-Et safranine together with animal glue and thiourea. The composition of the electrorefining copper bath is described in details. The experimental process involved the reaction of 3-Amino-7-(diethylamino)-5-phenylphenazin-5-ium chloride(cas: 4569-86-2).SDS of cas: 4569-86-2
