Chloride substituents modify the physical properties of organic compounds in several ways. 1878-65-5, formula is C8H7ClO2, Name is 3-Chlorophenylacetic acid. They are typically denser than water due to the presence of chlorine, which has a high atomic weight. HPLC of Formula: 1878-65-5.
Tian, Xun;Li, Xin;Duan, Shengzu;Du, Ya;Liu, Tongqi;Fang, Yongsheng;Chen, Wen;Zhang, Hongbin;Li, Minyan;Yang, Xiaodong research published 《 Room Temperature Benzofused Lactam Synthesis Enabled by Cobalt(III)-Catalyzed C(sp2)-H Amidation》, the research content is summarized as follows. A room temperature and robust synthesis of benzofused lactams, e.g., I through cobalt(III)-catalyzed C(sp2)-H amidation has been described. In this protocol, in-situ formation of Cp*Co(III)(ligand) catalyst from Cp*Co(CO)I2 and ligand simplify the synthetic effort of cobalt complexes. Simple and readily synthesized 1,4,2-dioxazol-5-ones II [R = C6H5, 1-naphthyl, benzo[d][1,3]dioxol-5-yl, etc.] underwent room temperature intramol. C-H amidation and afforded a wide variety of functionalized benzofused lactams in up to 86% yield. The scalability of the reaction is also be demonstrated.
1878-65-5, 3-Chlorophenylacetic acid is a useful research compound. Its molecular formula is C8H7ClO2 and its molecular weight is 170.59 g/mol. The purity is usually 95%.
3-Chlorophenyl acetic acid is a compound that has resonance mass of 269. The compound reacts with HBr and water to produce 3-chlorobenzene, carbon dioxide and hydrogen chloride. A reaction product of this chemical is covid-19 pandemic (a type of drug)., HPLC of Formula: 1878-65-5
